Maģistra darba tēma ir „ Z paaudzes darba motivācijas noteicošie faktori un to ietekme uz uzņēmuma kopējo motivācijas sistēmu’’. Maģistra darba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz teorijās sniegtajām atziņām par darba motivāciju un iegūtajiem aptaujas rezultātiem identificēt noteicošos darba motivācijas faktorus Z paaudzei un izstrādāt priekšlikumus, kurus personāla speciālisti varētu izmantot darbā ar Z paaudzi. Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto mērķi, autore apkopoja teorētiskās atziņas par motivācijas nozīmi un motivācijas teorijām, veica intervijas ar personāla speciālistiem, kā arī veica aptauju ar Z paaudzes darbiniekiem.

The aim of the article is to describe a new study programme at the University of Opole, Czech language in the public services sector. Necessity to create non-philological programme is explained, as there are huge changes on the labour market and different expectations of future employers. Changes in the programme were enforced also by a new generation, so called Generation Z that has new characteristics. That lead the teachers to change their previous identities and habits.

[EN] Nowadays, most of the students in first course at University are from the socalled Generation Z. Since a young age, these students have been used digital technology such as internet, mobile phones, tablets and laptops developing certain skills. But a large majority of these students have some deficiencies such as low knowledge of mathematics, scarce levels of motivation, concentration or logical reasoning and little patience (they want to understand everything quickly).
